College Students: Get a free iPod Touch when you buy a new Mac
Apple has always featured a back-to-school promotion for college students (and grad students and professors) but this year’s deal seems better than the last ones: you get a free iPod Touch when you buy a new new MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, or Mac Pro using your education discount.
You actually get to chose between an 8GB iPod touch or an 8GB iPod nano. Given that the nano sells for $199 and the touch for $299 – I’m thinking that Apple might drop the prices for the nano and maybe introduce a higher capacity model at the WWDC next Monday.
