This week’s Elite Tech News Podcast not only featured the most complete set of our little crew (with only Tony Hung missing), but also the always entertaining Robert Scoble as our special guest.

The regular crew, Mark ‘Rizzn’ Hopkins, MG Siegler, Louis Gray, Steven Hodson, Jason Kaneshiro, Art Lindsey, and myself discussed a fair number of topics, with an emphasis on Twitter and FriendFeed in the first half our or so (incuding the Ariel Waldman controversy and the new FriendFeed rooms), after which we moved on to the 3g iPhone; the ever rising cost of cable TV vs. the availability of most TV shows online today; and the recent US court revelation that it’s OK to sell software.

Clearly, the high point of the show was Robert Scoble breaking our Terms of Service by using some pretty harsh language :)
