Starting now, you can post your comments on Twitter posts in FriendFeed back into FriendFeed.

This is something users have been asking for for as long as FriendFeed has been around and once again demonstrates FriendFeed’s willingness and ability to work with users on giving them what they want.

Of course, I can’t help but wonder if yesterday’s hype around Quotably might have pushed FriendFeed to release this feature quicker than originally planned.

I just tried it out and it works just like advertised. The posts appear within Twitter within seconds, so there is no disadvantage to using this feature.

This alone pushes FriendFeed’s usefulness up another notch or two beyond its competitors.

As if that weren’t enough, FriendFeed today also announced the ability to import items from Disqus, Goodreads, LibraryThing, Seesmic, and SlideShare.
