NTT would indeed make sense. Let’s see how this turns out. Wouldn’t it be strange for them to switch before announcing anything, though?

TechCrunch is saying Twitter might be getting an investment from NTT Telecom, which owns Verio, forcing the move. That would explain both why they said nice things about Joyent, and why they moved. (No hard feelings)

I’m still saying Apple purchasing Twitter makes a lot of sense, Apple and the iPhone could really benefit from Twitter, especially if they find a way to monetize without annoying us.
