Google Health is Coming (soon?)
According to Google Blogoscoped, we might be getting closer to seeing Google Health in action. For now at least, there is a login screen, though it only takes you to a 404 page for now:
With Google Health, you can:
* Build online health profiles that belong to you
* Download medical records from doctors and pharmacies
* Get personalized health guidance and relevant news
* Find qualified doctors and connect to time-saving services
* Share selected information with family or caregivers
While I am a bit queasy about giving Google all my personal health data (the privacy page is 404 for now as well), anything the helps patients and doctors make better health decisions is a good thing in my mind. Also, I have always been annoyed by doctors not sharing all the info with me and just telling me what medicine to take like I am five-year old who can’t handle such important information. I for one would like to be able to see the records myself.

Is this actually useful. I am really concerned about the privacy aspect . Hope it comes out well.
