Financial Times Germany: T-Mobile Gets the iPhone in Germany
August 21, 2007 |
According to German edition of the Financial Times, T-Mobile will get to sell the iPhone in Germany. According to the newspaper, T-Mobile will have to had over 10% of the money made on sales and monthly service fees to Apple.
The deal will most likely be announced at the Internationale Funkausstellung in Berlin (a great tech show I use to go to every two years).
Also, according to the FT, Orange will be the carrier of choice in France, and O2 in England.
Update: the FT.com now also features a similar article in English.
