Dave Winer and Jason Calacanis

This weekend was Gnomedex weekend. Unlike other years, the conference doesn’t seem to have sparked as much interest in the blogosphere as usual (or maybe I just missed it). What did get covered instead of whatever great talks were given there was the fact that Dave Winer and Jason Calacanis had a bit of a public spat.
Come on kids, this isn’t kindergarten anymore. If Jason wants to talk about his project and is invited to do so, he should just talk about it. If Dave doesn’t like it, he can go and get a cup of coffee. Big f*&ing deal.
Problem with these things is that it overshadows everything else for those of us who didn’t go. Quite a shame.
