After listening to the "life" of Cho, I wonder, do we need to take a close look at social behavior in our schools? If we do, how do we stop the onslaught of harrassment by one student to another. I know this to be a very troubling problem. What can the school administration legally do in any situation? Their hands, and mouth are legally bound.
