crappy things can happen to you. Like this threat of a lawsuit against Mike Arrington and TechCrunch, who apparently falsely reported that Shannon Terry was involved in securities fraud.
If the allegations in the letter from Terry’s lawyer is right, it might just take some credibility from Arrington. Within four paragraphs, the lawyers allege that there are no less than seven factual errors.
I have actually done no research on this and I have no idea what it is about, but this is an example of the danger of blogging without thinking about the consequences of something outside of the blogosphere.
