So Anna Nicole Smith died and the news media have hardly anything else to talk about? Even the New York Times mentions it on the front page. Why do people care about this stuff?

Is this really the world we live in where the death of a former playmate best known for selling hoax products (=Trimspa) can push wars and famines out of the public arena?

Here is what Deby Marks of Grafton, West Virginia had to say: “What will I remember? Her sadness, innocence, and her beauty.” Wow – next thing she will be holier than Ronald Reagan.

In life she was nothing and in death she’s nothing. The only reason the media is leaping at every stupid thing is because they can’t talk about the WAR its considered anti-american. I decided one day to give her the benefit of the doubt I tried my hardest to sit through her reality show and still to this day I still have the scars on my wrist from that day!
