New Video Blog Network to Launch

Andrew Baron of Rocketboom fame is about to launch a new video network, squarely aiming at Podtech and Podshow (a bit of an easy target, but still).

Jeff Pulver and I have co-founded a new studio network.

And so begins Abbey Corps.

My next clue will reveal which other shows are a part of the studio  and then I will go on to explain why I believe it’s a much better business than Podshow or Podtech.

Onward and Upward.

Now Dave Winer says, these are the people he things are some of the blogger who are going to sign on with this venture:

Zadi Diaz, Amber Dawn MacArthur and Steve Garfield, definitely not Amanda Congdon

The one that surprises me is Amber MacArthur. I don’t really see her going into that direction. Given her own personal affiliation with the Undo.TV crew, I would rather see her at Revision3 or TWIT.tv, if it ever becomes a more commercial enterprise and branches out from just Leo Laporte created content (I love what Leo does, but that man must have some limit in how many podcasts he can produce per hour).
