Hustle the Sluff - Viral Marketing in Germany
September 5, 2006 |
The German blogosphere has been buzzing with “Hussle the Sluff” noise today. What is “Hussle the Sluff”, you ask? I have no idea - neither do any of these German bloggers.
Somebody (a compnay?) has been sending letters to German bloggers (at least those who have a mailing address on their blog) with a key, a key tag with a number on it and a letter. The letter, send by somebody named Erk Pollard reads as follows:
Hi Moritz!
Erik
Translation:
Hi Mortiz!
The best voyages are those with an unknown destination. And here are your keys to these. Good look with your quest for the way and the destination. May the Hustle the Sluff be with you.
Eric
I would guess this is some brilliant viral marketing campaign, creating a treasure hunt for bloggers.
