Apple’s New Products But No Surprises

Apple announced the lng awaited Intel mini, some speakers for the iPod and - gasp! - a leather case for the iPod.

Good for them, but what this really makes me ask is, now, with all the knowledge that we had before this event, will there ever be a real “one more thing” moment? Today, there was anticipation, but there was clearly no suprise. Maybe we just have to accept that. The suprise will from now on come a few weeks before the announcement.

So, what’ve we talked about today? Some really cool products, a new Mac mini that runs 5x faster… Front Row with Bonjour, update will go out later this week… iPod cases, they’re really, really nice. And, of course, the new iPod Hi-Fi.
