New Functionality on Netvibes
January 3, 2006 |
For a while now, netvibes has been my portal of choice. Today they introduced a large number of great updates:
- you can choose a color for your RSS feed
- POP IMAP support - meaning you can read any mail in netvibes, not just gmail anymore
- Yahoo! Mail support
- Upgraded To Do List module (this one was only introduced on December 30th)
- Upgraded Gmail module
This is why I am using Netvibes as my homepage. They continue to provide the best product in the portals marketspace right now. Especially their attention to detail is beyond what the others offer. Little things, like the RSS reader showing the number of unread items. The easy notepad and To Do List functionality. The flicker module. The support for Writerly… At the end of the day - they offer what I need and do it better than anybody else. Congrats guys!
