Persecuters in a murder case are using a man’s Google searches for how to kill as evidence against him. What blows my mind is that this, according to CRN was done without the help of Google :
Google’s press office did notrespond Friday to an email inquiry about the case, but a lawyerstanding by for Petrick said he believes the evidence was all culledfrom the hard drives and he has no information that Google participated in the investigation.
Thinking about it, this item has nothing to do with Google, using any search engine would have given him away. It was really his browser’s cache that got him caught - but hey - ‘System Cache Used as Search Evidence’ just isnt’ as juicy as anything Google is these days…
